Drink Sake, Stay Soba
Hamaru is a modern izakaya tucked inside a food park in Quezon City. The food is a mix of crazy and exciting new flavors by chef Niño Laus—a huge breakaway from typical Japanese fare.
Imagine deep fried nori pockets that burst with uni in each bite, tuna‑filled tofu pockets topped with puffed rice, and japanese whisky sours.
We wanted to introduce the brand as nothing like your typical Japanese restaurant. The brand is inspired by the energetic and colorful streets of Tokyo.
If you’ve been craving for gastronomical Japanese cuisine, visit Hamaru: Yakitori and Sushi at 80 Visayas Ave, Quezon City, 1128 Metro Manila.
