Job Description

Works closely under the supervision of the Art Director and Creative Director to create and execute design concepts.
Assembles images, graphics, and assets to produce comprehensive designs and layouts.
Utilizes pre-existing templates and assets to maintain consistency and meet project goals.
Delivers high-quality designs that meet both internal and external standards and deadlines.
Provides design solutions by identifying challenges and developing creative ways to address them.
Assists with revisions as needed to refine designs and ensure project success.

Minimum Qualifications

Provide a portfolio showcasing layouts for long-form documents such as books, magazines, company profiles, or presentations.
Submit examples of layouts that effectively manage data-heavy content, including data visualizations.
Demonstrated experience in designing both print and interactive PDFs.
Skilled in adhering to pre-existing brand guidelines and creative direction.

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
Knowledge of print design best practices.
Expertise in preparing final files that meet print supplier specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in production.
