Job Description
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records
  • Assist the Operations Manager in company event planning, inclusive of individual employee events and milestones
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Assist in recruitment and monitoring of attendance and staff training
  • Suggest and organize activities and other employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage subscriptions across all platforms
  • Monitor and maintain office facilities and dues
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors; tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels
  • Monitor and collate documentation for all expenses
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in communicating in both Tagalog and English
  • At least six months experience working in an office setting (internship or otherwise)
Required Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Experience working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other similar applications
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
