Themetober ‘20: A Design Challenge

Another October, another challenge to keep creative juices flowing.

While we do love working on projects with our clients, we just have to get up and flex our creative muscles in other directions. For the whole month of October, we set a challenge for ourselves to make illustrations and designs that follow a different theme every week. The only rule? HAVE FUN AND GET CREATIVE!

Some Themetober highlights include Patty Ferriol’s map of some of the team’s personal secret places, Didi Riña’s 3D bread self-portrait, Jaz Yabut’s fave local food place Som’s, and Mia Lagos’ interpretation of “Me As a Pot and What I Would Contain.” It’s only a few months left until the next Themetober! Who knows what we’ll come up with next?

A two-panel image shows a stylized, illustrated map titled "COCOMILK SECRET PLACES" next to a ceramic square resembling a slice of toast topped with red jam, which forms a colorful, abstract face.
A two-panel image shows a colorful illustration of Chicken Pad Thai on a plate in front of a restaurant named "SOM'S", next to a surreal digital painting of a white vase with a feminine face out of which grow mushrooms, a small rat, and a plant with skull-like blossoms.
